  1. This folder contains monitor files for a Quadra 700 with 2 megabytes of video RAM installed.

How can I tell if I have correct amount of video RAM installed? Go into the monitors control panel and see what the maximum number of colors you can select is. If you are in the Mac 13" mode (640x480) or the Mac 16" mode (832x624), and the maximum is Millions of colors then you have the correct amount of video RAM to use the monitor files in this folder.
